How to register
To register 16th AMDS and AMSN Student Chapter, please click "Register" button from the navigation to register an account. Once your account is created, you can start fill the registration form by by clicking "Login" button.
Once you logged in, you can start to fill the online form. Here's the guide to fill in the form.
- In the Name field, please type your full name and your title (if any). This will be used in the certificate later.
- Choose the correct Gender from the radio button.
- Please fill the Date of Birth by choosing the corresponding drop down box.
- Select the Country, and fill in the Whatsapp Number with the format: country code + phone number.
- Please type your institution/univeristy in the University field.
- Choose the Type of participant.
The Organizing Committee will provide complimentary accommodation for one Dean or Dean's Representative from each participating university for two nights, 18-19 June 2026. This accommodation sponsorship also applies to invited Speakers, Moderators, and Facilitators. Other members of the delegation will be responsible for their own accommodation expenses. Participants may either request accommodation arrangements through the Organizing Committee (payment upon check-in) or arrange their own hotel booking independently.
For student participation, the Organizing Committee will provide complimentary accommodation for up to two students from each participating university for two nights, 18-19 June 2026. Additional student participants will be responsible for their own accommodation expenses and may choose either to request booking support from the Organizing Committee or arrange accommodation independently.
- Please specify your food allergy in Food Allergy field, if you don't have any allergy, please type "None".
- Specify your food preference in Food Preference field, for example: "Halal food, no meat, vegetarian, glutten free, etc".
- In the Flight Arrival field, please input your Flight ID with the format: Airline + Flight ID. Please also specify the Flight Arrival Date too.
- Also do the same in the Flight Departure and Flight Departure Date field.
- Please upload your Photograph in the field.
- Please upload your Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- Please upload a scanned copy of your passport.
- After completing the form, please click the "Submit" button. You will be redirected to the User Panel, where you may review and update your submitted information. Kindly scroll to the bottom of the page to upload the required documents.
